6) DATA PROCESSING FOR CONTRACT EXECUTION

According to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide them to us for the execution of a contract.

The following personal data is collected during the ordering process:

If the delivery address differs from the specified billing address, the following personal data will be collected for the delivery address:

Company name, last name, email address, address, zip code and place

The data processing takes place on your order and is according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR for the purposes mentioned for the appropriate processing of your order and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations from the purchase contract.

The personal data collected by us to process your order will be stored until the statutory retention period expires and then deleted, unless we are in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. c GDPR due to retention and documentation obligations under tax and commercial law (from HGB, StGB or AO) are obliged to store longer or you have opted for further storage according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR have consented.

8) DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The duration of the storage of personal data is based on the respective statutory retention period (e.g. commercial and tax retention periods).
